Gretchen’s carriage house was the perfect place to have as a base. It is a short biking distance to Rosemary Beach and beach access. She was incredibly communicative. Will have to stay here again given the opportunity!

This was the perfect spot for our parents as they visited us in Inlet Beach. It was clean and such easy access to the beach and Rosemary Beach Restaurants. Gretchen was so accommodating and a wonderful host.

Gretchen was a great, flexible host! She was very responsive and helpful. The home itself is perfectly located from the beach and also is walkable to other parts of Rosemary beach if desired, and easy to get to other parts of 30A as well. The heated pool was great, and overall the whole home was very cozy and well stocked for our needs. Definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! We booked a spur of the moment trip and lucked out with this place. It is just as lovely in person and very comfortable. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and access to washer and dryer. Also lovely towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo etc. All things that we did not expect. It was such a short walk to the beach and into town. Although it is a carriage house the high ceiling and furnishings made it feel open and airy and we appreciated the little balcony off the sitting room. We highly recommend and would be delighted to stay here again.

Just what I was looking for in an Airbnb. Great amenities, especially the heated pool. We were able to walk to almost all our destinations. The home was clean and spacious.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk to both town and the beach. The location couldn’t be better. Our host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

The house was well stocked with towels. Keurig k-cups were provided. The air conditioner wasn't working in the carriage house and Gretchen got right on it. Repairman got it going right away. Didn't need any help or assistance otherwise.

Perfect location for a beach trip! We rented a golf cart which made it even easier to access the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My family & I had the best time.

Gretchen’s home was very cozy/comfortable, felt right at home! Beautiful place and close to the beach, and lots of room! My kids enjoyed it so much they wanted to stay forever! Would love to stay again sometime in the future!

We loved staying here. I was a bit nervous about the cleanliness due to a past negative review, but the place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy. We lucked out, as it was an easy walk to the beach as well as the Rosemary Beach town center/ square. The pool was nicely heated and everyone enjoyed their stay. The only thing I would recommend would be to provide an optional tension rod with a blackout drape for the bunk room doorway. It was listed as not having a door, but I ended up securing a quilt from one of the bunk beds to the railings to make a pseudo-door for our three year-old daughter at nighttime. It was an easy fix and ended up lending a coziness to the space, which she loved. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we were so lucky to find it! Would definitely stay again.
