Chateau Winston is a large 4-bedroom house with a private patio and pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of single-size bunk beds (this room is open to the hallway and has a curtain for privacy). The space is perfect for large groups and extended families traveling together. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and to gather together around the pool or in the large kitchen. Chateau Winston is located on Winston Lane, right at the edge of Inlet and Rosemary Beach. The nearest beach access is a one-block easy walk to the end of our street. The shops and restaurants at Rosemary beach are a five-minute walk away, and the other infamous 30A beach towns of Alys Beach, Seacrest, and more are a close walk or bike ride away. Whole foods and Publix grocery stores are nearby and offer delivery.

Other Details to Note

*Our prime location does not have access to Rosemary Beach's community pools or amenities. We instead offer our private pool for your enjoyment and escape from the crowds. There is beach access at the end of our street, which is a 5-minute walk from the house. *We have parking available for up to 2 vehicles total. There is no overnight street parking available nearby. *ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED *MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK AND PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE STAY *In order to protect our guests and our property, we ask that our guests agree to and sign a standard rental agreement upon booking. Below are the terms of this agreement, so that you may review them before choosing to book with us:  TERM: The term of the Lease shall begin on the arrival date of and end on the departure date of for . The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than on the departure date. The term of the Lease may be reduced or extended upon mutual consent, following payment of any additional fees agreed between the parties, and confirmed in writing by the Owner. RENT: The total rent is payable at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner and Renter. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the booking: .  If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. You agree to keep outside noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.  You and all other guests agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of any deposit and rent if violated. Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings, household items, or pool that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges over $100.00 incurred due to Renter’s occupancy. To prevent theft of, or damage to, the Renter's personal property and that of the Property, Renter agrees to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property, including upon check-out. OWNERS RIGHTS: Renter agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Renter has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein.  Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of any swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. NO SUBLETTING: Renter may not sublet or assign this Lease for all or any part of the premises without the prior written consent of the Owner. NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE: Renter's use of the Property is on a temporary, short-term, and transient basis only. The Property is not, and will not be, the Renter's, or any guest's, permanent residence. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:  The Property is rented with the Owner’s furniture and household furnishings. The owner shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the Property.  Renter will report any maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. The Owner will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly but cannot guarantee that all equipment is in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures. CANCELLATIONS: Renter may cancel at any time. The Owner will return any refundable amount, if applicable, according to the reservation's cancellation policy. By signing this Lease, you acknowledge that you will comply with the terms of this agreement, and each party assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein. Renter acknowledges receipt of the House Rules.  Renter acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth.

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is at the edge of Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. Although we do not have access to the amenities at Rosemary Beach, our home offers a private pool and access to all the fun that the 30A beach towns offer including amazing shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Guest Access

*There is a 1 bedroom carriage house on the property that sleeps 4 and can be rented separately. Please keep in mind, there may be another group staying at the carriage house during your stay, but both houses have separate entrances and you will not be sharing any common areas or the pool, which is reserved only for you and your guests.

Once you park at the house, the easiest way to get around is by foot or by renting a beach cruiser bike. It's the easiest way to avoid traffic jams! If you choose to rent a golf cart, be aware that many areas on 30A restrict the use of golf carts, and finding parking can be difficult in the little towns. The closest beach access, at the end of our street, does not have parking for golf carts.

We loved staying here. I was a bit nervous about the cleanliness due to a past negative review, but the place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy. We lucked out, as it was an easy walk to the beach as well as the Rosemary Beach town center/ square. The pool was nicely heated and everyone enjoyed their stay. The only thing I would recommend would be to provide an optional tension rod with a blackout drape for the bunk room doorway. It was listed as not having a door, but I ended up securing a quilt from one of the bunk beds to the railings to make a pseudo-door for our three year-old daughter at nighttime. It was an easy fix and ended up lending a coziness to the space, which she loved. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we were so lucky to find it! Would definitely stay again.

Gretchen was an amazing host. She very responsive and super helpful with any questions we had! The house was in an awesome location, very close to the center of rosemary and a very quick walk or bike ride to the beach! The house itself was extremely clean, decorated nicely and beds were super comfy! The pool and outdoor space was great for our group with 3 small children. The only tip I have is that if you small children, I would recommend bringing black out shades as the curtains on the windows in the bedrooms do let in a lot of light in the mornings. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!!

The house was even more beautiful in person! We all loved the whole house, especially the pool and courtyard. We loved the neighborhood and the town of Rosemary was adorable! We would definitely stay there again! I highly recommend this house!! Thank you for everything!

Gretchen was extremely responsive and the check-in and check-out process was so easy! The house was clean and about a .2 miles to the beach. She provided a wagon, beach chairs and plenty of towels as well. There are no complaints!
